Introduction

 

Getting passionate with the field of Radio Frequency after one year working as an drive tester engineering, I am currently looking for a more challenging position which I will explore more knowledge and find opportunity to develop my career in this field.

Job Title: Drive Test Engineer

Project: AT&T, South and South East Region

 

·  Tennessee: Nov 16 2014-Dec 13 (one month)

o      Responsible for LTE first and second carrier sites in Memphis and suburban areas.

o      Performing Cluster, Single Site Verification (SSV), and Single site shakedown (SSD) drive.

o      Making recommendations to Project Manager to improve KPIs, coverage and dropped call rate.

 

·  Arkansas: Jan 19 2014-Feb 11 2014 (3 weeks) and March 1^st 2014-Nov 15 2014(8 months and half)

o        Setting up different testing configurations on Anite Nemo Outdoor.

o        Creating scripts for testing UEs on Nemo Oudoor for TCP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP transfer.

o        Daily preparing drive routes (SSV & Polygon) using Microsoft Streets&Strips based on the provided information from Project Manager.

o        Reporting sites issues (accessibility, retainability, IFHO failure, TX Imbalance) during test driving to market project manager and help improve KPIs.

o        On site troubleshooting with project manager, proposed actions for up tilts or down tilts for better coverage when necessary.

o        Responsible for and ensuring each team’s kits are properly working on a daily basis.

o        Providing technical support to drive teams that encounter issues on testing site.

o        Training new drive team members on Nemo Outdoor.

 

·  Louisiana and Mississippi: Feb 12 2014-Feb 28 2014 (2 weeks)

o     Performing LTE and UMTS drive testing using Nemo Outdoor and STEM Investigation.

o     Daily preparing drive routes.

o     Performing Stationary TCP upload and download test using Iperf command.

o     Verifying intra frequency handover between all sectors, swap and PCIs.

o     Upload data to FTP server after done with daily assignment.
